The project works on improving the quality of hospital services provided to mothers and their newborns through upgrading and renovating the obstetrics and neonatal departments of 10 Ministry of Health hospitals and 2 Royal Medical Services hospitals and the University of Jordan hospital.
The renovations also include equipping the departments with state of the art medical equipment and furniture.
Another aspect of hospital renovations is improving the quality of emergency services through renovating, expanding and equipping the emergency departments of 4Ministry of Health hospitals.
